I authorized a selling protector in my daughter teeth. They told me that the cost it will be approximately 60cad per tooth. However, after the procedure that was made by the dentist instead of the Hygienist, they charge me 250 cad per tooth in a much more invasive procedure that I DID NOT authorized. This place is all about money do not go there. Stay away!!!!
Excellent experience with the Dentists and Hygienists here. Wonderful with my son, they are patient and understanding. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a Dentist.
Best KIDS Dentist office! I was sent to a Pediatric dentist for my 2 kids by another office because they couldn't handle kids. I went for a consultation at the Pediatric office and the quote was ridiculously high! I had heard from many friends who take their kids to Georgian Mall Family Dental that they are fantastic with kids. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!
The kids zone was amazing, staff was sweet and Dentist was so patient. This will now be our permanent office, Thanks Georgian Mall Family Dental!
Best Dental office! So happy I found this office through a recommendation. The Dentists are amazing, and the front desk are so welcoming. My daughter and son were so comfortable there and loved the kids zone. I love that they bill my insurance directly and explain everything to me first so I know what to expect. Very professional. I look forward to continuing my family's care there!!
Amazing and caring team! I have been going to this office since they first opened and I cannot say enough great things. I was having financial difficulties but needed extensive treatment and they went above and beyond to make sure that finances were not a barrier to getting the treatment I needed. I know from personal experience that they have helped others in my situation as well, so I want to take this opportunity and commend them for giving back to the community. Way to go!
Unfortunately I have to agree with Dianne. The management team here is very numbers focused with no compassion for their clients- 100% disingenuous, however throw a 100$ bill at them and all of a sudden you turn that frown upside down. They're also very aggressive with extractions and root canals- very uncomfortable possibly due to lack of care for patient but could be more than that.... I'm truly disappointed
