I went to Scarborough Super Store to get new glasses. The staff in the optical dept. was not only professional but extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have been attended to by such an experienced, friendly staff.

Most staff very interactive, friendly, helpful. owner not so much. I have worked in retail for many years and the ability to interact with the customer is utmost importance. I find stock is out a lot YES sometimes it is shorted. But I have noticed other stores are not. I enjoy the friendly interaction with the cashiers. PS it is the staff that makes a business great.

They have a great selection of foods from all-over asia and other exotic countries. Their japanese dessert section is unbelievable, these products are rare in canada and are generally only found in Asia. If you spend a little more time browsing, you'll see lots of unique items for a steal! The produce is always fresh and delicious, really quality stuff! Everything in the store is really good quality, much better than the local big-chain grocery stores. 10/10 recommend

If you want something they don't stock they will try and bring it in for you!
The owners don't sit in the office. You will find them stocking shelves or on the floor.

Had been shopping here for quite some time now. It's located underground and is beneficial during harsh weathers which is a bonus. Their produce, fish and meat department are fresh with reasonable prices. Lots of various selections from different culture in their aisle to choose from. Compared to TNT supermarket, it's way better in value and freshness.

Metro Kennedy Commons is my weekly go to - I like the layout of the store, the available products and options and the faces we see on a weekly basis. A huge bravo to the team at the meat dept. - they are all smiles and very helpful with getting the right cuts of meat or special requests. Another reason for us to shop at Metro Kennedy Commons!

They are friendly always helpful and the new store layout is easy to navigate. It is a discount store so what do you expect, the staff there work hard and are very frienly if you ask them politly.So next time you shop there keep you're eyes open and observe the folke that work there.

Handy location, good selection, wish you would stock POWDERED cold water tide and think about alternative grocery bagging to possible paper bags instead of plastic
