I was in a car accident and was receiving Physio at the Bowmanville clinic. Shortly after, while still in treatment, our family got some devastating news. Jamie has been wonderful to listen about our daughters journey. Sharon has been absolutely wonderful. She always asks how things are going and is completely understanding to work around my daughters appointments. Even when I screw up. Too much on my mind these days. Best professional orthotics I have ever had made. I have had a lot of professionally sourced orthotics over the years and always found them too hard and thus a waste of money. Mr Chartier took the time to assess my gait .leg alignment and examine my foot. He actually makes the orthotics in his lab. They felt comfortable right away and have eliminated the previous shin splints with a corrected foot alignment. Highly Recommend!!!!
